MIG Realty E(3)1838 is a licensed real estate agency registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (LPPEH) since 2018. Our professional responsibility is to assist clients in the buying, selling, renting, and leasing of properties, delivering reliable and compliant real estate solutions.
Our operations are governed by the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981, the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents Rules 1986, and the Malaysian Estate Agency Standards, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
MIG Realty was incorporated in September 2018, with our office located at 52-3B, Jalan Pahat G15/G, Seksyen 15, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor.
The company is led by our Principal, PMgr Hj. Mohd Iqbal Abdul Hakim, who brings over 18 years of experience (since 2008) in the property industry. He has extensive expertise across a wide range of property transactions, including sales and purchases, rentals and leasing, property investment, sub-sales, new development sales and marketing, joint-venture development arrangements, residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, auction properties, and property-related training.
We provide comprehensive real estate agency services to clients throughout the Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia.
PMgr Hj. Iqbal Hakim graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He also holds a Certificate in Estate Agency from Institut Penilaian Negara (INSPEN) and is a Licensed Registered Estate Agent (E 2754) and Property Manager (PM 2158), both registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (LPPEH).
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer / Principal of M.I.G Realty – E(3)1838, a licensed real estate agency, and M.I.G Property Management – PM(3)0156, a licensed property management company. Both companies are duly registered with LPPEH.
PMgr Hj. Iqbal Hakim is a registered member of Persatuan Perunding Hartanah Muslim Malaysia (PEHAM), Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA), and the Institute of Malaysian Property Agents and Consultants (IMPAC). He is also a certified member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM).
Previously, he served as a lecturer at the Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM), Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNIRAZAK), and PNB Institute. He was also a Certified Speaker with Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) from 2008 to 2012, a subsidiary of Bank Negara Malaysia.
With over 20 years of experience, PMgr Hj. Iqbal Hakim specializes in personal financial planning, property investment (buying, selling, and leasing), unit trust investments, life and general takaful, will writing, and estate planning. He has extensive experience in conducting financial planning talks, training sessions, and seminars at the local level.
